Baru di era Pj. Wali Kota Malang, Wahyu Hidayat lahan bangunan sisa beberapa meter yang mengganggu pemandangan dan menggangu aktivitas kelancaran lalu lintas dijalan kembar Ki Ageng Gribik selama periode kepemimpinan Anton maupun Sutiaji, baru terlaksana pembongkarannya saat ini.
Pelaksanaan eksekusi tersebut juga mendapat dukungan penuh Ketua DPRD Kota Malang, I Made Riandiana Kartika. Sesuai yang pernah disampaikan pada awak monwnews.com dikantornya beberapa waktu lalu. “Pada prinsipnya pihak legislatif sangat mendukung langkah-langkah berani pihak eksekutif untuk melakukan eksekusi bangunan tersebut. Karena semua prosedurnya sudah terpenuhi,” ujar Made saat itu.
Sementara itu baik Ahmad Wanedi (Sekretaris Komisi C), maupun Arif Wahyudi dari Komisi B juga bersuara sama, bahwa rencana pelaksanaan pembongkaran bangunan cucian di jalan kembar di Sawojajar itu sudah cukup lama. Namun di era Pj. Wali Kota Malang saat ini baru dilakukan, mewujudkan harapan masyarakat.
Terkait eksekusi bangunan tersebut, warga di lokasi yang melihat langsung pelaksanaan bongkar bangunan dengan alat Bego mengapresiasi keberanian Pj. Wali Kota Malang.
“Kok ora biyen dibongkar jamane Abah Anton dan Sutiaji. Saiki jamane Pak Wahyu langsung dieksekusi. Berarti kerjasama pihak DPRD pimpinan Pak Made dan Pemkot di era Pak Wahyu sangat berjalan baik, dengan langkah keberaniannya. Yoh ngene loh pemimpin iku kudu wani,” ucap warga asli Jalan Gribik yang enggan ditulis namanya.
Eksekusi lahan dan bangunan di Jalan Gribik 1 itu dilakukan pihak Pemkot Malang setelah adanya keputusan konsinyasi melalui penetapan Pengadilan Negeri Malang No 2/Pdt.P-Kons/2023/P.N Malang tanggal 8 Desember 2023.
Selain dilakukan ekseskusi pembongkaran juga sekaligus dilakukan pembenahan dengan pengecoran jalannya. Sehingga diharapkan pada hari ini juga Jalan Kembar Ki Ageng Gribik sudah bisa dilewati oleh pengguna lalu lintas.
