Monwnews.com, Surabaya – Pengurus Pusat Keluarga Alumni Universitas Jember (KAUJE) periode 2024 – 2029 resmi dilantik. Pelantikan dilakukan di gedung Graha Wicaksana Praja Kantor Gubernur Jawa Timur Surabaya pada hari Minggu, 29 Desember 2024.
Dalam susunan pengurus pusat KAUJE, terdapat sejumlah nama-nama top di negeri ini, dari kepala daerah hingga Anggota DPR RI menjadi pengurus pusat KAUJE. Di antaranya Bupati Lumajang terpilih Indah Amperawati, Bupati Madiun terpilih Hari Wuryanto, Wali Kota Pasuruan terpilih Adi Wibowo, Bupati Situbondo terpilih Yusuf Rio Wahyu Prayogo, Anggota DPR RI Purnamasidi.
Tidak hanya itu, ada nama Ketua Lembaga Administrasi Negara (LAN) Muhammad Taufiq, Dewan Pengawas BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Agung Nugroho, Doktor Ahli Hukum Kepailitan Ivida Dewi Amrih Suci, Kepala Pusat Pelaporan dan Analisis Transaksi Keuangan (PPATK) Ivan Justiavandana, Direktur Penyidikan Jaksa Agung Muda (JAM) Pidsus Abdul Qohar, hingga eks pimpinan KPK Nurul Gufron.
Diantara nama-nama besar tersebut terdapat salah satu perempuan bergelar Doktor dibidang Hukum Kepailitan, yaitu Dr. Ivida Dewi Amrih Suci, S.H., M.H., MKn. Ahli dalam bidang hukum Kepailitan dan PKPU ini merasa terpanggil untuk menerima jabatan sebagai Ketua Bidang Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat.
Saat ditanya media ini mengapa mau menerima sebagai pengurus Kauje sebagai Ketua bidang Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat, Doktor yang mendapatkan 4 gelar keilmuannya dari Fakultas Hukum Unej ini mengatakan bahwa dirinya ingin mendedikasikan dirinya untuk kemajuan Unej.
“Saya adalah murni produk Unej, karena semua gelar keilmuan hukum saya dapatkan dari Unej, jadi saya harus bisa ikut berperan serta dalam memajukan Unej melalui bidang Pengabdian masyarakat,” ujar mantan aktifis GMNI ini.
Ivida juga berencana, setelah pelantikan dia akan membuat program pengabdian pada masyarakat sesuai dengan keahliannya dibidang hukum.
Menurut Ivida, Pengabdian pada Masyarakat adalah suatu kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat Indonesia seluas-luasnya tanpa terkecuali.
Pengabdian adalah tindakan atau perbuatan yang dilakukan dengan penuh dedikasi dan kesetiaan, biasanya untuk kepentingan orang lain, masyarakat, atau negara. Pengabdian juga dapat diartikan sebagai kesediaan untuk mengorbankan waktu, tenaga, dan pikiran untuk mencapai tujuan yang lebih besar dari diri sendiri.
Dalam konteks yang lebih luas, lanjut Ivida, pengabdian dapat diartikan sebagai: 1. Kesetiaan dan loyalitas kepada sesuatu yang lebih besar dari diri sendiri. 2. Kepedulian dan perhatian terhadap kepentingan orang lain. 3. Kesediaan untuk mengorbankan kepentingan pribadi untuk kepentingan bersama. 4. Tindakan yang dilakukan dengan penuh tanggung jawab dan dedikasi. Contoh pengabdian antara lain: – Pengabdian seorang guru terhadap murid-muridnya. – Pengabdian seorang dokter terhadap pasiennya. – Pengabdian seorang anggota masyarakat terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya.
Ivida mengatakan bahwa Kauje harus bisa bersinergi dengan pemerintah daerah maupun pusat, terkait dengan kebijakan-kebijakan pemerintah agar dapat mendorong dan membantu membuat kebijakan yang adil bagi semua elemen masyarakat, hal ini juga merupakan bagian dari Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat.
“Oleh sebab itu, sistem pengabdian pada masyarakat harus bisa di konsepkan, tidak hanya pada dampak-dampak sosial saja tetapi juga untuk kepentingan masyarakat luas harus dikonsepkan dalam suatu rencana kerja, salah satu contohnya adalah penanganan-penanganan kasus hukum bagi rakyat miskin, pelanggaran HAM dan banyak kasus-kasus yang memerlukan penanganan-penanganan yang lebih serius, apalagi kita punya Fakulta Hukum yang sangat luar biasa perkembangannya saat ini, dan banyaknya alumni yang berprofesi sebagai advokat yang mumpuni,” jelas Ivida.
“Sehubungan dengan profesi saya selain advokat, saya juga penulis dan dosen, kita juga harus mengabdi pada kepentingan-kepentingan dosen yang sekarang di bebani oleh tugas-tugas yang rumit yang dapat menjadikan mereka malah tidak berkonsentrasi pada tugas utamanya, masih banyak lagi konsep-konsep kerja yang harus dilakukan secara meluas dalam pengabdian Pada Masyarakat, selain program kerja bidang pengabdian lain yg telah ada pada KAUJE. bidang Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat tersistem dengan bidang-bidang lain dan merupakan kepentingan elemen masyarakat,” paparnya menambahkan.
Perlu diketahui, Dr. Ivida Dewi Amrih Suci, S.H., M.H., MKn. adalah putri dari Prof. DR. Herowati Poesoko, S.H., M.H. yang merupakan Guru Besar Fakultas Hukum Universitas Negeri Jember yang saat ini purna tugas. Selain itu ibunda dari Ivida adalah seorang Advokat yang juga Guru Besar di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Wiraraja. Bisa dikatakan buah jatuh tak jauh dari pohonnya, kehebatan ibunda menurun kepada anaknya.
“Ah bisa aja mas ini, biasalah mas, saya menjadi seperti sekarang semua berkat Anugerah dari Tuhan dan terinspirasi dari semangat beliau (Ibunda) yang tidak pernah berhenti mengabdi pada masyarakat dengan tetap berkarya walaupun sudah berumur 76 tahun,” ujarnya merendah.
Yang juga cukup menarik, Ivida tidak hanya dikenal di lingkup Unej saja, dia juga Dosen S2 di Fakultas Hukum Universitas Janabadra, Yogyakarta dan Koordinator Divisi Hukum Kepailitan Dewan Pimpinan Nasional (DPN) Asosiasi Doktor Ilmu Hukum Indonesia (ADHI).
Selain itu, Ivida juga Saksi Ahli Hukum Kepailitan di Organisasi Kemasyarakatan Wawasan Hukum Nusantara (WHN), Pengurus di APHK (Asosiasi Pengajar Hukum Keperdataan), sebagai Anggota di Asosiasi Dosen Hukum Acara Perdata (ADHAPER), dan masih banyak yang lainnya. Tentunya karena sebagai Advokat maka tergabung dalam Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia (Peradi). (Tim)
